No Credit Life Policy

I did an enquiry last week to find out if I have credit life cover on my current vehicle loan with Absa. I wanted to find out if I would be covered in the event of retrenchment. The consultant told me the dealership was supposed to include that in my contract, or alternatively a consultant from Absa would've contacted me to offer me this type of cover. Just received feedback from the dealership that they do not have authorization to offer me life cover, and that Absa knew about this. I am currently very upset that I do not have credit life cover, and that I was never contacted by Absa for an option to take out this cover. I want to know who is going to fix this HUGE mistake???
