No cover on credit card or even funeral cover

My husband had a credit card at absa On the 1st of December 2019 he passed away due to a sudden heart attack As a mother of 2 teenage boys and a 3 year old girl Their should have been a funeral cover Absa did not assist me in any way just told me to close the account and I was totally blocked from the profile as well No simpathy no nothing it was thank you for banking with us al your whole life but your family life don't matter To phone in also does not Help
