NO Correspondence ever in regard to student loan

I would like someone in your loan department to contact me asap! I took this loan out in 2006 and was supposed to pay it 4 years later after the completion of my studies. I couldn't finish my studies but during this time (eight months) i never received any correspondence(letters/statements from ABSA. Subsequently you guys blacklisted me and handed me over to Stupel&Berman for so-called failure to pay as well as offer proof of studying. Stupel&Berman never gave me a statement of the account either and handed the acc back to ABSA without informing me. I had to call you to have you tell me to pay a bigger amount, but still i haven't received one single piece of correspondence from you! Meaning I'll eventually pay this loan up, but won't know it and just keep paying? I need someone to phone me asap to sort this out! You didn't contact me with a warning or a request for proof of my studies before handing me over or listing me, yet you did. You and that law firm never sent me any proof that i paid this account, how am i supposed to know when its paid up then? i cant contact you each month just to hear how much the balance is? is this what your regular clients have to do?
