No contact person in ABSA

It has been 5 years now and I cannot get ANYONE at ABSA to go see and exp;lain unexplained costs on my accounts. The question is ignored every time I email and a few times in went into branches looking for answers and NO ONE could answer or explain I just have to pay. Why can a name or person be given to me whom I can go see? I want to sit face to face with someone from ABSA to explain and answer my questions I have a right to know what is going on on my vehicle finance statements.
