No consistency at Absa branches

I do not understand how Absa operates. On the 21st December 2018 I visited Absa Vanderbijlpark. I requested confirmation of banking details and I must say I was promptly assisting by quite a friendly lady and within few minutes I was done. The following day I travelled to the Free State in Ficksburg and upon arrival I realized I misplaced the confirmation letter I did at Vanderbijlpark. I quickly approached Absa Ficksburg and got assisted by lady named Lieketseng, I was shocked when she charged me R55,00 for the service I got for free in Vanderbijlpark. I tried in vain to explain that I got the same service for free at Absa Vanderbijlpark. I ended up relenting and paying the amount though I still fill it's a *******. Where is the consistency because Absa is Absa and I believe it's suppose to operate the same irrespective of its geographical location.
