No communication with cuatomer
They never communicate with customers, all they care about is adding interests... My insurance paid a settlement for my car after it was a write off and I had a shortfall which my insurance advised that it will be sent by the bank-they never sent instead they added interests upon interests in the shortfall everytime I enquire so that we can make arrangements.. I am just oliven new balance with interests that cumulate daily
