No communication received from ABSA Personal Loan Dept

I started a personal loan application last week Monday and up until today haven’t received any correspondence from ABSA both telephonically or email.I would like to find out what the status is on my personal loan application please?

Hi Rezona,are you able to check what the latest update is on my ABSA credit card I started online with ref no *** last week Mon,the lady that assisted me,her name is Rea Malope from the Card Processing/Aquisitions Dept.I have sent numerous emails requesting requesting feedback,but all of them fell on deaf ears.
