No communication on loan withdrawal and cannot reapply

ABSA decided to withdraw my loan without calling me now I can’t even apply for another one as it says I have already app**** but the consultant says it’s withdrawn!!!

I app**** last week, received a quotation and submitted...I have never had issues with ABSA but now when I need them they failed me once more.
