NO COMMUNICATION IN ALL DEPARTMENTS AT THIS USELESS BANK

I actually cannot believe you people. You have sent me confirmation and acknowledged that you have accepted taht I am under debt review. You even forwarded the acceptance to me yet today you send me a letter saying my account has been handed over. YET AGAIN there is totally no proper communication in your bank. How can you accept the debt review acknowledgement and send me a hand over letter as well. Unbelievable. No wonder this country is the laughing stock.
