No communication from deceased estates department.

I have notified Absa, and sent through required documentation, in connection with the passing of my grandfather. Have sent through to the relevent department. My grandfather had a will through Absa, and Absa trust was nominated as executor of the estate. I have not had any feedback, and a consultant has not contacted me, since sending several emails about 2 to 3 weeks ago. No communication whatsoever. I cannot get through to anyone over the phone, as the line keeps ringing. Please could someone contact me urgently as we need to get the ball rolling in terms of sorting out the estate.
