No communication from Credit Card Department

They are quick to get you to sign up or apply for credit cards but then you have to wait forever. After being approved no communication has been received at all. No idea what the next steps are, no contact as to when or how I will get the card.

Crazy amount of calls to sell random stuff but horrible service when it comes to delivering the service.

This needs to be sorted ASAP
