NO COMMUNICATION

I app**** for an Absa credit card since on the 18th i was then contacted to submit my id which was issue 2023 and i did went to home affairs to collect and send to them . Since then until today 23rd no communication or anything in regards to my application . I was at Absa branch and my application was declined because of the online application can it please finalize plz
