No communication and no service and regard for customers

I had a requested a certain document from Absa home loans, I was told that it will be requested from not sure where and once they have feedback will communicate with me, to my surprise when I did a follow up with the reference number I had the case was closed but there was no communication of the feedback. Absolutely horrible from Absa homelaons ane disappointed with their communication and no regard for their customers.
