No communication after handover.

On the April 13th I requested my latest statements from Absa Afrer being handed over for collection. Now how can I pay someone if I don't know how much I owe them. I am not in South Africa for the next year, so for me to just pop into Absa is not a option.

You can also not phone me as my sim is not working in China. The only way to contact me is via email. So after all if this, this is the means we have to resort to to communicate with Absa Bank.
