No communication

C-***4 this reference number I was given 27 Jan 23 & till today, no follow up. I've sent numerous messages, no response. I can't get through the call center because my number is not registered. Meanwhile, I'm in arrears that were not caused by me. The service is horrible & you are fast to penalize me
