No clue what personal service or customer relations are!!

Are there any actual people working there, or is the place being run by 'bots'? After unsuccessfully attempting to apply for a personal loan for weeks now, I've come to the conclusion that you're probably the most advanced bank out there, without a single human being employed! So ... I do the online applications, my loan is approved, I'm told that the money will be in my account shortly and an 'agent' will call me. No call follows. Instead my email inbox is spammed with copious messages (sometimes up to 13 or 14 within the space of half an hour) telling me my application is incomplete and I need to follow the link within 14 days to complete it. I do so, only to be taken to my banking login page, and then a frozen loan application page with no additional information. At one point, I did receive some missed calls on my phone from Absa. I have no clue who there were from as no messages were left. When I did answer a call or two, nobody was on the other side - again, I assume, the 'bots'. Additionally I receive numerous emails telling me to send documents, within 5 days of my application or I will have to start the process again. These emails arrive 5 days after the application is done, asking for information that you have access to in my bank statements. By the time I reply, it's too late and my reference has been de-activated! Your lack of personal service is astounding. I've been a client of your bank for over 30 years, and have a platinum credit card. I'm in the process of considering which bank to open my business account with. It certainly won't be you. You have no concept of personal service or customer relations whatsoever.
