I am currently banking with standard bank for 3 yrs and thought they could assist me with a minor loan but they refuse and a friend recommended Absa. App**** for a small loan last. Tuesday and a full week later after being approved I still haven't received any funds. I was on the th verge of opening an account with them as I want to switch banks but now I'm not sure anymore.I have been calling their calm centre for days on my expense on calls all longer than 17 minutes. The level of incompetency is unrealistic.I'm begginging to think no bank in South Africa is capable of providing proper client service.
