NO CLIENT SERVICES ON ABSA AVF (VEHICLE FINANCE)

Horrible client service ABSA AVF, I have settled my account of vehicle finance, I simply wanted to get someone to verify so that I can request my NATIS documents and proof of payment. I waited for more than 25 minutes no one was there to assist, I called again, the collections line was very quick to pick up but when they head my inquiry they said they were transferring me, and the phone went silent while my minutes continued counting
