NO CLIENT SERVICE
Can someone please tell me how I can get my vehicle's papers from ABSA since my motor vehicle finance is settled and paid in full. There is also a credit on my account. How do I get this paid back? I have followed up since 15 August 2021 with various emails and with no avail. They also said I must contact the Digital Banking Support Team, but they refuse to help me.
