No client relation
<p>I have problems after my husband lost his job to settle all my payments, I asked ABSA to restructure my personal loan from 25 months left to pay to extent just to make the payment more affordable, well according to ABSA I do not meet the requirements. So my question is, if I had the money they would have helped me, if I dont I cannot get help. So ABSA is forcing me to go under debt review - just because of my loan amount. How fantastic is MY BANK.. ABSA... you know what, after 30 years of client services, which was always ****py, I cannot wait till my loan is settled, because there is a much better bank out there. </p>
