No cheque card delivery

Mounties courier services are pathetic. First of all I had a bad experience opening an premier cheque account on the 8th of August, some kind of issue and one month later no card was delivered. Got an sms today the 11th of September that my card will be delivered Well, once again no card. Unbelievable
