No Charges Statement communicated to customers

I used to be receiving a Cheque Account Statement (indicating my debits and credits) and a Charges Statement (indicating all charges, i.e. Management fee, Admin charges, withdrawal charges, credit life, internet banking fee, overdraft fee, transactional charges for immediate payments or buying airtime) through email monthly . My account is debited on the 1st of each month, but i do not get the background on how these charges are brought up by ABSA. I seldom go into the branch for transactions as i use internet banking and i was made to hold for 15 minutes on the phone with customer services and the phone cut-off while checking the charges. Kindly revert back to the old method of communicating charges via email so the fees are not hidden from customers. Kindly contact me.
