No cash recieved from ATM and not received

<p>On 3 May 2016 I wanted to withdraw R2000 at Florapark Spar ATM, no money recieved, but it was reversed into my account.</p> <p>Went to Bendor centre ATM, wanted to withdraw R2000 but again no money recieved. But this time it was never reversed into my account. </p> <p> So on 4 May I reported it at ABSA. On 16 May they let me know that the money did come out of the ATM at Bendor centre, that is why they didn't reverse it. But we didnt recieve it. So I asked them to send me the cctv video footage, contact person is *** in Polokwane, but she says she is not sure if there is any cameras there.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable, I need that money so ABSA must refund me asap!!!</p> <p> </p>
