No Car Papers for almost a month

I bought a second hand car through ABSA Vehicle Finance. I signed the contract and took the car on the 10th of May 2021. On the same day, I requested the vehicle documents from and I was told they will be forwarded to me after we are done with contracts and all. I've been emailing and calling ABSA and Motocare (the people who assisted in finance application) since then but. Initially, I was told it will take about a week to get my documents, then later they said tow weeks, then again they changed and said there is a backlock. This week then they are ignoring my calls. I bought this car for business and I can't use it without all its NATIS papers. Soon the first installment will go through for the car which I can't use to raise money to pay for it. This is wring, unfair and unacceptable. I'm greatly distressed about this.
