No cameras at ABSA atm

The ABSA atm at the shell garage ( Address : 1 Orange street; Cape Town; CBD) is used regularly by a so called atm syndicate which pretend to assist foreigners in drawing money and in turn they some how get hold of there atm bank cards which they then use to draw money from there accounts at other atm's... These guys are aware that this particular ABSA atm does not have any cameras and hence they lure there victims away from other atm's and bring them to this particular ABSA atm. I have witnessed this issue taking place on 3 separate occasions, one in which I intervened. ABSA if you haven't been made aware of this security breach at this particular atm, then I am now informing you. The petrol attendants have confirmed that this ABSA atm is used regularly by the same bunch of ******* because it does not have a security camera.... Get with the program ABSA... These guys are only targeting foreigners on holidays... Wow guess what stories they will be telling once they get back home...
