no call backs for a call centre
I called the call centre twice - i asked to be called back and both times they told me they dont do 'call backs' they are an 'inbound call centre only' - utter *******. I am trying to make a payment arrangement

The calls for the inbound team are designed in such a way that they cannot make out the calls to the customers, but can only receive from the outside world.
