No business services from ABSA! Frustrated and tired!

Dear Sir/Madam We would like to open 4 business accounts and 2 personal accounts for our MDs since last week. We have contracted with many ways with ABSA business but seems ABSA has got enough clients and refusing to help us. We have emailed all necessary documents to Lindiwe and she says she cannot help or come to our promises to get our MDs signature. We have tried to reach her manager Steven Mabuza without any luck. Now, our MDs will leave the country Friday, and ABSA refusing to help us. Is there anyone else there who deserves their salary and makes things happen? We opened our accounts in two days with NEDBANK and STANDARD BANK. ABSA seems too much challenge to get service HELP PLEASE IF THERE IS! Mustafa CINARCI
