No Bulk Teller

As business, every now and then I need to make use of the Bulk teller to deposit or withdraw large amounts of cash. Today I visited ABSA Centurion Lifestyle Center to do just that. To my disappointment I had to sit and wait from 11:55 until 12:45 as there was no one to assist me. Needing to walk around with large sums of cash and being held up at the bank is unacceptable. We stay in a very dangerous country with an extremely high crime rate, being held up unnecessary puts my life in danger with every minute that passes. I cannot hide two, three or sometimes four bank bags full of coins that I need to deposit or change for notes. Anyone outside the bank can see me walking in with cash. This is a disgrace to say the least that a paying customer is treated like this! Then I get told I need to sand in the normal Teller que, with only two Tellers open I might add, for longer than 30 minutes, where everybody can see my dealings?! No thank you!!! I expect better!!! Needless to say, this is not the first issue I've had with the Bulk Teller, which only shows me the type of commitment you can expect from ABSA Lifestyle and their management.
