No banking details

My vehicle is financed By Absa, and I've asking for banking details in order to pay additional amounts to my loan and I'm to receive them. I've promised to get them via my email which was confirmed by a number of call center agents I've been speaking to. it seems like ABSA doesn't want us to finish paying loans we have wit them. It is rather disappointing and thinking i could have completed my loan by now.

I will make sure not to get into business with ABSA again
