No bank statements

I want my current account statements. I do not receive current account statements. Repeated requests and enquiries still do not produce statements. Obviously useless trying to be friendly and polite to absa staff. Why must I always have to throw a tantrum before I get any service from absa. The<br> army term nafi unfortunately perfectly describes my absa experience. Send me my current account statements, I am sick and tired of trying to talk to absa counter staff who assures me that I do receive the statements via email - absolute *******, I never receive statements.
