NO BANK ACCOUNT OR PAY SLIPS THATS BEEN APPROVED FROM ABSA

ABSA.... I don't know if I have to rate you 1 star or a 5 star.... you give me finance for a vehicle from almost R700 000, but you decline a study loan for my child for only R45 000.... if my credit score wasn't good, I could accept it but that is not even the reason... but wait there's more .... I've got proof from people without a bank account nor pay slips that's been approved for a personal loan.... PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW DOES ABSA WORK?????
