For three weeks Im stuggeling to get an balance amount which im due on my absa credit card. No one at absa can give it to me. I want to settle this debt but absa dont want my money. Their collections department is useless and keep on saying you will get it in three working days, its been three weeks. Still no letter. Can someone please help me!!!!!

OMG... its been 24 hours and no one even got back to me, how hard can it be to look up a balance, your people are useless.
