No authorization for cc increase

Good evening, I would like to ask what the way forward would be, my wife received a call from ABSA credit earlier this year the consultant offered her a credit card increase, of a huge amount - which she politely declined, due to personal reasons..

The card was there fir only emergencies fir us to manage and not using it everyday.. she checked it today and noticed an increase of the credit card

I was wondering if ABSA can go back to the recording.. i ll appreciate if absa can contact her to sort out the problem.

I find it very unfair
