NO ASSISTANCE WITH PRESCRIBED DEBT

Last week Wednesday I went to the ARAC in Aucklandpark to request car papers from them as I am in the process of selling my car but to no avail. I was not permitted to speak to any personal on a one on one bases so I was referred to Rosina in legal and I am only telephonically and I was given a number ***). I have been calling the given number since only to be met by a lady that refuses to give her name after I have left numerous messages for Rosina and or Nomsa who I had spoken to and has not reverted back to me since Monday. In fact the lady that answers hangs up the call after she feels she has had enough of the conversation. This lady takes all the relevant details and when their system is checked I am told that they can't give me the document as I am still outstanding on prescribed debt which is older than 10 years even though Bankfin had given me papers of another vehicle also on their system and now deny ever doing so. No one gets back to me even after leaving numerous messages for Rosina and Nomsa Ngobeni I have reported this to the action line today reference number *** as well. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible and revert back to me urgently
