No assistance forthcoming
Ryan Kinnear was allocated to my building loan application. He is on leave the entire week (9 - 13 March) and has referred all queries to Carmen Napoleon. Carmen has not responded to any of my attempts to contact her. Talk about hanging customers out to dry! Really poor customer service ABSA.
