NO ASSISTANCE FOR THE DECEASED WILL AND TESTAMENT

Don't ever take up a Will with Absa, once the member passes away they will neglect you and even try to help regarding the Will. My grandmother had a Will of testament with them and she passed away in 2021, they didn't do anything we just have a Will and we don't know what to do with it, my mom is taken to court because my aunt wants my grandmothers estate and she is not the beneficiary as per the Will but because no one assisted us we don't know what to do next.

I'm so disappointed to think i wanted to move my salary to Absa and take my Will with them.
