No Assistance

I contacted ABSA with regards my vehicle finance. I sent an e-mail on 26 May 2024 they then gave me a turnaround time of 7-10 day and was given a ref nr. C-***9. Went to remind them via their branches and nothing. Today a customer service lady by the name of Promise hang up. This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I miss FMC
