After sending an email, I have tried endlessly to get in contact with her and I'm hitting brick walls. It would appear that I have agrreviated the situation as I'm receiving almost 15 messages back to back from Absa and I want to Frisbee my phone from this annoyance.

Perhaps it's less of a headache to close the account and get financial assistance somewhere else as this is not worth it.
