No Assistance

Kgomotso Moropa is apparently a private banker which in my eyes if this is true she needs to find a dictionary and search the word as she knows not what it means. My husband has been waiting for feedback on funds for a long period now and she doesn't even bother to send any messages to advise that she is busy with it. This is terrible. ABSA is quick to take tour money when needed but when it comes to giving it back to you then WOW they are nowhere to be found.

It there anyone that actually works at ABSA that one can call competent which by the sound of it NO. How is a person suppose to get anything done if there is no assistance.
