No assistance at all

Good day I have a cheque account with Absa and I get paid into this account. I have tried numerous times to get vehicle finance with them. All they keep on saying is that my profile is not good enough but I do not owe them anything. I am willing to pay a deposit if needs be but I just cannot understand what the problem is.

I have gone to the branches, Bryanston, tried applying online with no success., I have had to hire a car in order to get to work. I really like banking with them but feel so failed and disappointed by them. They have not even bothered to offer me any options whatsoever.
