No assistance and very unhelpful

Disgusting ****** service from the Carlswald branch. I was not assisted even though the bank was empty, this resulted in me spending more time than necessary in the bank. The fact that the ladies that work in this bank base their services on the colour of your skin is just unacceptable. I was passed through twice by a white woman who then proceeded to help a customer who came after me then it was the long lunch breaks, i only got assisted by a woman coming back from a break, this is appalling.
