No Assistance

I am till date waiting for ABSA to contact me back. I tried to open a MegaU account for my daughter in January I have submitted all documents to the email address given on the website I recieved a case number and in the email said a consultant will phone me still no call. I have called into ABSA several times just to be advised they will ask the consultant to call me. Why does no one care to assist. I have sent and forward this mail to all email address at absa including complaints clearly when you send a complaint to absa you also don’t care to assist. What will it take for ABSA to assist me???? I have been a ABSA client since 18 years old. If this is how you treat a current client it not worth it!
