I have submitted my BoE to the Mall of the North branch on the 22nd August 2023 as well as emailed it to ***. I emailed it again to *** as well as the complaints department. At first they said they do not know where to send it, the cover letter clearly stated the CFO of ABSA. After that each time they say they will get back to me.
