No assistance

I have called around and sent emails and I have not received assistance. I need assistance with clarification regarding my credit cards. I have been struggling with payments. I am aware that 1 has been handed over and have made arrangements with the attorneys however I do not know which card it's for and the biggest concern is that they do not either When I asked them they said they would call and I am still waiting scary. I would like to make arrangements for all of them wherever they may be. Urgent assistance is needed.
