No assessor after I was sms'd and notified of one

I app**** for and insurance claim,<br> My boundary walls was damaged in a flood and that morning I phoned and was informed that an assessor would be at my property the same day as it was my boundary wall, I was also informed that I would get guarding for it.<br> <br> it has been more than 36 hours and there has been no one to asses the damage or any arrangement for night time guarding..<br> <br>
