No answers on a ***** case

On the 2October i was rob of all my money in my account i reported it and give a affidavite and open a case no one phone me or keep me updated on the case every day i phoned absa and every day it is a other story today the 24 of october after i phoned two times with no answers the lady said tjey havnt work on my case and i must still wait another 5 to 7 days for answers iam a client at absa already longer than 20years but i am very dissapointed in absa and want to move to a other bank
