No answers from Absa

I'm trying to get a clear answer on what's happening with my car, I made the mistake of having a third party take over the payments as I've been without work since last year, they refuse to give the car back or back to the repo guy Hennie, they said he had no proof from Absa to show, so now I'm sitting here waiting for a response from Absa on what's happening with the car, I called yesterday and the rude legal consultant just said that he won't entertain me without giving me any answer ons what's happening with my account!
