No answer for months now

My laywers have been trying to contact your legal department regarding my vehicle in the last couple of months with luck. I also have tried getting in contact with your legal department to resolve the issues I have with my vehicle but getting through to your department is merely impossible. I cannot move forward in life without an answer from them. Could you please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
