No answer and still not assisted.

I have been trying to get hold of ABSA regarding my card, after 3 calls to the helpline I finally got told that they can't assist and I need to phone ABSA Clearwater Mall. I've tried phoning 12 times this week and no answer... I don't even have words for this level of frustration..
