NO AIRCON IN BANK BRACH

I have been a customer of ABSA Bank in Fish Hoek for many years. The staff at the Fish Hoek branch have always been friendly and helpful. Recently on a a few visits into the bank the heat inside the branch was unbearable.<br> <br> The aircon unit is not working and since it is a bank no windows can be opened and the branch is unbearably hot and stuffy. I saw many elderly people in the branch who clearly could not manage (I thought one or two looked like they might expire). The Staff all also look like they could barley mananage - I was only to grateful to be able to leave the branch as soon as possible but I do not know how the staff continue and work a whole day. Please could someone urgently attend to this problem?
